Jiu Jitsu

Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (BJJ) focuses on ground fighting, grappling and submission wrestling. It emphasizes using leverage, technique and submissions to defeat your opponent, regardless of size or strength. Jiu Jitsu will provide tremendous benefits including: self defense, overall physical fitness, stress release, coordination and friendship and community. Our classes consist of warm-ups, drills, technique and opportunities to spar/roll with classmates.

Kickboxing

Kickboxing is a stand-up, combat sport that utilizes various punches and elbow strikes, clinching techniques and kicks. Training kickboxing will improve your strength and conditioning, fat loss and toning and stress relief. Our classes provide a combination of cardio and strength training while covering basic and advanced techniques with optional sparring for advanced students at the instructor’s discretion.

Wim Hof Method

This method was developed by Dutch athlete, Wim Hof, and combines specific breathing techniques, cold exposure and mindset exercises. There are so many benefits to this method, some are: increased energy, improved focus and mental clarity, strengthened immune system, enhanced physical performance and better recovery, improved cardiovascular health, stress reduction and better ability to cope with stress, better sleep and better overall mental and emotional health.

Our on pHyr program is an experience stemming from the Wim Hof Method created and presented by Brandon Powell. Brandon is a level 3, first generation US certified Wim Hof Instructor who trained with Wim directly on multiple occasions. The addition of various breathing techniques for different goals/times, original music written and performed to enhance your breathwork and meditation, posture and movement fundamentals all make the on pHyr experience truly unique and unlike any other.

Kids Classes

Our Kids Jiu Jitsu classes are conducted similarly to our adult classes with adjustments to make it more age appropriate and engaging for children. Your children will experience the same benefits in a safe and supportive environment.
